Job Requirements:

1.Collect and analyze customer’s information, type it in e-file and system, and immediately update and maintain the customer’s material.

2.Accept the customer’s consulting, complaint, suggestions and opinions, etc, and make a record, maintain good customer relations, and grasp the customer demand.

3.Listen to the customer’s consulting over the phone patiently, answer the business questions proposed by the customer, and handle related business and trace it.
